4. The purpose for the processing of personal data
We collect, store and process our customers’ and website visitors’ personal data for purposes defined beforehand. We always ensure that at least one legal justification applies. We process personal data mainly for the following purposes:
Performing our service. We collect and store personal data to perform our service. We primarily handle personal data regarding customer feedback on our website.
Sales and marketing. We contact potential customers and perform e.g. direct marketing and digital marketing campaigns, such as search engine advertising or social media marketing. In these matters, we may also perform marketing based on customers profiles. The user has the right to deny our direct marketing towards them at any given time. We do not rent or sell any personal data to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
Customer communications. We collect and process personal data also for customer communication purposes, such as handling feedback and support requests and providing further information about our services.
Analytics and business development. We may process personal data to further develop our digital services and to develop the way our services can be taken into use.
Fulfilling legal obligations. We may also process personal data to fulfil legal obligations (e.g. accounting, taxation, employment contracts act).
5. The content of the register
We will process the following categories of information in the register:
- The user’s non-sensitive personal data – first name, last name, employee identification, e-mail address, bank account number, telephone number, telephone model and the operating system version of the telephone model.
- Free text which website users write freely, for example details of a location they would like to be added to Eazybreak network or feedback about Eazybreak mobile app.
- Log information.
6. Regular sources of information
Personal data is collected from website users with contact forms presented on the website.
We use, for example, the following third party services in order to better fulfil our services and for marketing and service development purposes:
- Google Analytics
- Leadoo
Data is generated about you when you act on our website. These data include for example your Internet browser’s IP address and possible company details based on a reverse IP address look up.
7. Usage of cookies
We use cookies to analyze and develop our website’s user traffic. Also, we or our partners may use cookies collecting data about the user’s visits on this and other websites for targeted advertisements. Data collected with cookies is used for producing targeted advertisements.
When targeting advertisements based on cookie usage, we do not identify the user nor combine the data with any other data of the user potentially received from elsewhere.
8. Regular destinations of disclosed data
We may hand over your personal data for justified use in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and regulations. Eazybreak engages subcontractors such as hosting partner, SMS gateway provider and customer service outsourcing partner to perform parts of the service. They may have access to personal data so that they can perform their duties but only to the extent required for their performance. Eazybreak has appropriate agreements with these parties. We are happy to provide more information on these partners.
Eazybreak may use the information also to perform, develop and market its own products and services.
We may also provide access to information to our subsidiaries or affiliated companies and other parties belonging to our group of companies and in conjunction with sale or merger of Eazybreak or its business.
9. Transfers of data to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area
We use the MailChimp emailing service to provide a marketing newsletter. Our website includes a contact form with which any user can subscribe to our newsletter which will be sent to their chosen email address. MailChimp’s Privacy Policy can be examined here.
We use the Google Analytics service for analyzing traffic on our website and to develop the website. Google Analytics collects the IP address of the user’s Internet browser. Google’s privacy policy is available here.
We use services of Leadoo Marketing Technologies to provide chatbot services which help to use our services and market our services. Leadoo’s data protection statement can be found from here.
You may also send us locations you wish to pay at with Eazybreak through a contact form on our website. On this form, you may ask us to send you more information about your wish’s status in our sales process via email. When you select this option, we save the email address you’ve entered in our customer relationship management software Pipedrive where the email address will be sent through the integration tool Zapier to the emailing software Microsoft Outlook. 10. The principles how the data file/register is secured
All data will be stored electronically.
Information will be collected to Eazybreak service database. Only administrators will have access to the database. Such access is protected with user right management. User interface will only show data that is necessary for the tasks of the respective person. The views of the user interface as well as the access rights have been defined based on role and user.
We will use appropriate technical and organizational means to secure the personal data from inappropriate access, accidental or unlawful destruction, amendment, distribution and transfer of personal data as well as from other unlawful processing.
11. Information storage time
We store your personal information as described above according to the applicable laws and only as long as required for the purposes described in this data protection statement. Email addresses of users who have subscribed to our newsletter are stored in the MailChimp service until the user informs us that they do not want to receive our newsletter anymore. Users can notify us of this directly from any newsletter received or by emailing [email protected].
12. What are your rights?
You have the right to inspect what information related to you has been stored in the Eazybreak personal data files. You have a right to have incomplete, incorrect, unnecessary or outdated personal data deleted or updated according to the applicable laws. You should make your request primarily to your employer as we process information on its behalf.

In addition to the rights described above you are entitled to make a complaint to the data protection authority, especially in the European Union country where you have your domicile or permanent work place or where the claimed breach of data protection regulation occurred. In Finland, this authority is the data protection ombudsman.
13. Amendments to this data protection statement
Eazybreak may from time to time amend this data protection statement without prior notice to you.
