1 Eazybreak Wallet is an additional service in which employees transfer their own money to their personal Eazybreak Wallets. An employer can choose to deduct employee share of used Eazybreak benefits from each employee’s own Eazybreak Wallet.
Also, an employer can allow employees to make extra payments from Eazybreak Wallet. This enables payments of up to 50 € with Eazybreak Lunch or Eazybreak Agreement Lunch benefits. The part of payment which exceeds meal benefit maximum is deducted from Eazybreak Wallet.
If an employer chooses both employee share deduction from wallets and allows extra payments from wallets, no additional service fee is charged for allowing extra payments. In this case, the combined fee of the two services is according to the price of employee share charged by web payment above.
2 Please, pay all our invoices in their due time so that we are able to provide our service to all parties fluently. We will remind you of an unpaid invoice once without any additional fees, but we will add a service fee to any necessary reminders after that time.
3 A fee charged when the payment has been made with a reference number different than the one in the invoice or with a wrong value, the invoice has been paid more than once or the payment is otherwise erroneous.
4 Money which employees have prepaid into their Eazybreak Wallet is not reimbursed if an employee keeps using Eazybreak. Reimbursements are only made when an employee stops using Eazybreak due to their employment ending or if their employer stops using Eazybreak Wallet or Eazybreak service completely. Unlike other additional services fees, VAT 24 % will not be added to the price of returning unused Eazyshare values to employees. This fee is charged from employees.
