1 Please, pay all our invoices in their due time so that we are able to provide our service to all parties fluently. We will remind you of an unpaid invoice once without any additional fees, but we will add a service fee to any necessary reminders after that time.
2 A fee charged when the payment has been made with a reference number different than the one in the invoice or with a wrong value, the invoice has been paid more than once or the payment is otherwise erroneous.
3 Unlike other additional services fees, VAT 24 % will not be added to the price of returning unused Eazyshare values to employees. This fee is charged from employees.
4Charged for web payments in payment services (e.g. MobilePay) by which an employee pays employee share in the Eazyshare -service model or an employer pay Eazybalance prepayments.
