General

Eazybreak is a payment type for fringe benefits (lunch, sport, culture, commuting). Eazybreak is a mobile voucher presented at the cash register when paying for a product or a service.
Eazybreak fringe benefits are subsidized by your employer. Payment type is flexible, ecologic and easy to use. You need only a mobile phone to use your benefits.

How to start using Eazybreak

Your employer will open an account for you. After the registration Eazybreak will automatically send you your credentials and further instructions by email. If necessary, please contact your employer.
The email has been sent from noreply@eazybreak.com. Please check also your junk mail if any mails have been sent from this address.  Otherwise, contact your employer to open the account or submit a new email to you.
You employer sets the rules for the fringe benefits. Please contact your employer for further information concerning your benefits, voucher distribution, what is your share and how you pay it.
Please check from your employer how you share is handled:
1) Deduction from your salary according how you have used Eazybreak payments.
2) Prepayment by using Buy vouchers option in your Eazybreak account. Watch the video (in Finnish).
Please first login to your account, agree the terms of use and add your mobile phone number to your account details.
The vouchers will be automatically distributed to your account or downloaded after you have used Buy vouchers option of your account and paid your share of the vouchers as a net payment. Please check from your employer how to do it in your company.
Voucher distribution is done according the rules set by your employer.  Normally you get your first vouchers after you have logged in to your account and agreed the terms of use.  After that the vouchers are distributed on the 1st day of the delivery month. Please ask further details from your employer.
After you have paid your share of the vouchers as a net payment the vouchers will be downloaded to your account. Please use Buy vouchers in your account and follow the instructions. You will be informed how many vouchers you may buy. When the vouchers are available in your account you may start using Eazybreak Payments. Your employer’s share will be added automatically to your vouchers.

You may buy and download the vouchers to your use in advance. After that you may use the vouchers whenever needed, if you have available vouchers in your account.

Logging into the Eazybreak account

Please use the Forgot your password? option in your application (iOS ja Android) or at our website.
Your email address is your username. Please check from your employer what email is used in your account. Please use the Forgot your password? option in your application (iOS ja Android) or at our website if needed.  Please be careful when entering your credentials. Each character has its meaning.

Paying

You may pay the employer subsidized benefits (lunch, sports, culture, commuting) when you have available vouchers in your Eazybreak account. Please check from your employer what benefits you get for your use.
Eazybreak payment type can be used in the merchant locations registered in the Eazybreak Service.  You can easily find the locations from our website (Search locations). Eazybreak merchants can be identified from Eazybreak stickers: Eazybreak käy täällä.

Your employer may have chosen the places of use, if you use agreement vouchers (e.g. agreement lunch vouchers).  The agreement locations are listed in your account.

You pay with a mobile voucher by using the Eazybreak application, SMS or through your online account. Download our free application (iOS, Android, Windows) and allow the app use the location service. Please note that all operating system versions or mobile phone models are not supported.
Add Eazybreak telephone number 18171 to your contacts for SMS payments.
If you have done the payment and received your mobile voucher, it must be presented at the cashier the same day. Your payment is also immediately added to merchant’s sales. You can see the validation date in the mobile voucher. Please create the payment only at the cash register or if you are sure to use it.
Login with your credentials, choose the merchant location (favorites, nearest, agreements). Validate your payment details and confirm your payment with Pay button. The mobile voucher is created and seen in your app. Present your mobile voucher (i.e. payment receipt) at the cashier. In iOS and Android apps you may search locations by name.
Login to you Eazybreak account with your credentials.  Choose the merchant location from the list or use Search locations option. Select Order and Pay, validate the payment details and select with Pay. You will receive the mobile voucher by SMS. Present your mobile voucher (i.e. payment receipt) at the cashier. 
Enter the location code and the voucher value (divided with a space) to your SMS. When paying with commuting voucher, enter only the location code (no value). Send your SMS to the telephone number 18171 and you will receive the mobile voucher by SMS. Present your mobile voucher (i.e. payment receipt) at the cashier. Text messages are free of charge for you.

We recommend using the application, since SMS payments are sensitive for mistakes (typing errors etc.). Eazybreak app is easy and free to use.

Disturbances while paying and cancelling the payment

  • Please check if any instructions are sent to your application/mobile by SMS/account.
  • Please check that you have agreed the terms of use.
  • Please check that you have available vouchers in your account.
  • Please check that you are using the latest application version.
  • Please check that your mobile number is correct/in correct format in your account.
  • Please try other payment channels (application, SMS) if the disturbance concerns only on payment channel.
  • Please check that your SMS memory is not full.
  • Please check that your employer has an agreement with the merchant (if using agreement vouchers).
Please ask your colleague, if you may use his/her phone. Login to the app with your own credentials and pay.
The value cannot be corrected. Please pay the difference with another payment type.
Pleases contact our customer support immediately. We will check if your payment can be cancelled. The cancellation must be done during the same day. Be careful while paying.
The mobile voucher can be cancelled only during the same day (validation date). Please contact our customer support (weekdays at 8am-5pm). We will check if the cancellation can be done. Outside our office hours only the merchant can cancel your payment. Please pay only at the cash register or if you are sure to use the payment. Eazybreak cannot guarantee the cancellation of incorrect or unused payment.

My benefits and reporting

Your employer defines the benefits for your use. If you have already your Eazybreak credentials, you may check your benefits from your account after logging in. Please read your employers instructions and the user guides/videos in your Eazybreak account so it is easy to start using the vouchers.  For further information contact your employer.

Good to know per voucher type

You may use Eazybreak Lunch vouchers in all the restaurants registered in Eazybreak.
Please remember that whenever you create an Eazybreak payment, the mobile voucher has to be presented at the cashier at the same day.
You may use Eazybreak Agreement Lunch vouchers in the restaurants, with whom your employer has a valid lunch agreement in Eazybreak Service. You may easily find your agreement locations in your account. Eazybreak uses automatically an agreement lunch voucher and the agreement price when you pay in an agreement restaurant. Please set the value according your lunch price in case you will have a cheaper lunch.
Your employer may use a voucher type, where the voucher value (lunch price) is not presented in the voucher. The voucher value is automatically set to the price agreed between your employer and the merchant. The cashier knows the agreement prices.
Please remember that whenever you create an Eazybreak payment, the mobile voucher has to be presented at the cashier at the same day.
Eazybreak uses automatically an agreement lunch voucher and the agreement price when you pay in an agreement restaurant.
Eazybreak distributes automatically according the rules set by your employer both voucher types in to your account monthly. The number of vouchers you may use in a month is however restricted (per working days or per voucher type with higher number).
Please remember that whenever you create an Eazybreak payment, the mobile voucher has to be presented at the cashier at the same day.
You may use Eazybreak Sports vouchers in all the sport locations registered in Eazybreak.

General instructions:

  1. Create your Eazybreak payment and you will get your mobile voucher.
  2. Inform your contact details and your payment details (value, code, date) to the organizer of the event.
You may use Eazybreak Sports and Culture vouchers in all the sport and culture locations registered in Eazybreak.
Eazybreak Culture vouchers are accepted in all R-kioskis, from which you can redeem your tickets.
Please remember that whenever you create an Eazybreak payment, the mobile voucher has to be presented at the cashier at the same day.
You may use Eazybreak Commuting vouchers in all the locations accepting Eazybreak commuting vouchers.

Eazybreak is a payment type for fringe benefits (lunch, sport, culture, commuting). Eazybreak is a mobile voucher presented at the cash register when paying for a product or a service.
Eazybreak is a digital service where all the main processes have been automated. Payment is done by using a mobile phone. The fringe benefits are easily managed by using an Eazybreak account (voucher delivery, reporting, invoicing, salary deductions).  There are no costs for logistics of paper vouchers /plastic cards. Eazybreak provides clear reporting of the distributed and used vouchers.

Lunch agreements are managed easily and cost-effectively in the digital Eazybreak Service. Eazybreak invoices (on behalf of the restaurant) the used agreement lunches twice a month from your company and the settlement is done to the merchants whenever your invoice has been paid (according the the payment term of your agreement).

That is easy. Please register your account in to Eazybreak Service. Define the benefits to use and the beneficiaries (employees). You need to have balance in your Eazybreak account before the employees can use vouchers, so prepayment is needed.  The first invoice you will receive immediately after your registration, according the voucher settings you have defined.  Afterwards Eazybreak automatically sends a new invoice when the balance needs top up.
Eazybreak pricing is based on monthly fees per voucher type. Please check out our price list here. If you have more than 100 employees working in your company, please contact our sales (myynti@eazybreak.com) to get an offer for you.
Easily. It will be even more easy and cost efficient to import your HR data automatically to Eazybreak or export the salary file of used vouchers (employee shares) to your payroll system.  Please contact our sales (myynti@eazybreak.com) for further information.

Eazybreak brings you visibility among our business customers. You can easily get new customers through Eazybreak. Mobile voucher is easy and fast payment type to use at the cash register, especially during the rush-hours. You save time and money due to our automated processes. Eazybreak also invoices the agreement vouchers on your behalf. Our provisions are among the lowest in the market.
Eazybreak charges only the provision, which is among the lowes in the market.  You do not invest for additional devices to accept Eazybreak payments. Eazybreak does not include any hidden expenses (e.g. extra costs for card payments, account management fees, mailing fees for paper vouchers etc.). Please check out our price list.

Accepting Eazybreak payments at the cashier is easy and fast. The settlements of the vouchers accepted previous week is done each Monday. If you accept agreement vouchers, Eazybreak first invoices the vouchers on your behalf and the settlement is done after your customer has paid the invoice.  Our invoicing and settlements are fully automated. And you will get all this by paying only the commission.

You register your merchant company (name, business ID, bank account) and all the location where you accept the payments. The service type (food, sports, culture, commuting) of the location informs, what vouchers you accept. If you offer multiple service types, please register a location for each service type.
Eazybreak confirms your registration and mails you the Eazybreak stickers and other sales material. Please read the instructions carefully and make sure your staff knows how to verify and accept Eazybreak vouchers to avoid any disturbances at the cash register.
You will receive a digital lunch agreement suggestion through Eazybreak Service from your customer. Please accept the agreement by entering the agreement lunch price. After the employees can pay with Eazybreak agreement lunch vouchers in your restaurant. Eazybreak invoices the vouchers on your behalf and the settlement is done after your customer has paid the invoice.

After the registration, you will also accept Eazybreak lunch vouchers. No separate agreement is needed for Eazybreak Lunch voucher users and you get the settlement of each used lunch vouchers next Monday.

Eazybreak settlements are done each Monday. The Agreement Lunch vouchers you have accepted will be first invoiced by Eazybreak (on your behalf) and the settlement is done after your customer has paid the invoice.

Your customer presents the mobile voucher at the cash register. Please check out voucher details (code, value) and finish your sales as agreed in your location. Detailed information is in your Eazybreak Account (Merchant guides >Instructions for cashier). Please read the instructions carefully and print the instructions to the cashier. Make sure that your staff is familiar with the instructions.

Eazybreak is used in multiple large companies in private and public sector (e.g. banking, insurance, information technology) for example Tieto, HUS, Digia and Diacor.  The number of end-users is increasing rapidly.
Please check from your cash register provider if there is already an integration to Eazybreak Service.
Installation is easy and with the integration, voucher validity is even easier to check. Eazybreak is co-operating with multiple providers (e.g. Micros, SKJ, CPU, Encore, Pusatec, Kassamagneetti).
