What is Eazybreak?
Eazybreak is a payment type for fringe benefits (lunch, sport, culture, commuting). You use these benefits by showing a mobile voucher at the cash register when paying for a product or a service.

Why should I use Eazybreak?
Eazybreak fringe benefits are subsidized by your employer, meaning that your employer pays a part of the services you buy. Eazybreak payments are cheap for you – and in other benefits than lunch they may even be free for you, if your employer has decided to not charge an employee share for the benefit.

Starting to use Eazybreak

How do I get my Eazybreak account?
Your employer will open an account for you. After the registration Eazybreak will automatically send you your credentials and further instructions by email. If necessary, please contact your employer.

I have not received any email from Eazybreak, what should I do?
The email has been sent from noreply@eazybreak.com. Please check also your junk mail in case your email software has redirected our mail there. Otherwise, contact your employer to open the account or submit a new email to you.

What do I pay for my benefits?
You employer sets the rules for the fringe benefits. Please contact your employer for further information concerning your benefits, benefit distribution, what is your share and how you pay it.

How do I pay my share of the benefit?
Please check from your employer how you share is handled:

  1. Deduction from your salary according how you have used Eazybreak payments.
  2. Prepayment by using Pay employee share option in your Eazybreak account. Watch the video (in Finnish).

How do I get my benefits?
Please first login to your account, agree the terms of use and add your mobile phone number to your account details. The benefits will be automatically distributed to your account or downloaded after you have used Pay employee share option of your account and paid your share of the benefits as a web payment. Please check from your employer how to do it in your company.

When do I get my benefits?
Benefit distribution is done according the rules set by your employer.  Normally you get your first benefits after you have logged in to your account and agreed the terms of use.  After that the benefits are distributed on the 1st day of the delivery month. Please ask further details from your employer.

I use web payment to pay my share and get my benefits. What should I know?
After you have paid your share of the benefits as a web payment the benefits will be added to your account. Please use Pay employee share in your account and follow the instructions. Your employer’s share will be added automatically to your benefits. When the benefits are available in your account you may start using Eazybreak Payments.

You may pay employee share to get your benefits well before you want to use them. After that you may use your benefits whenever, if you have available benefits in your account.

I have forgotten my password, how can I log in?
Please use the Forgot your password? option in your application (iOS ja Android) or at our website.

I cannot log in?
Your email address is your username. Please check from your employer what email is used in your account. Please use the Forgot your password? option in your application (iOS ja Android) or at our website if needed.  Please be careful when entering your credentials. Each character has its meaning.

Paying

What can I pay with Eazybreak?
You may use the benefits given to you by your employer to buy lunch, sports, culture and commuting services when you have available benefits in your Eazybreak account. Please check from your employer what benefits you get for your use.

Where can I pay with Eazybreak?
Eazybreak payment type can be used in the merchant locations registered in the Eazybreak Service.  You can easily find the locations from our website’s location search. Eazybreak merchants can be identified from Eazybreak stickers: Eazybreak käy täällä.

Your employer may have chosen the places of use, if you use agreement benefits (e.g. Eazybreak Agreement Lunch benefit).  The agreement locations are listed in your account.

How do I pay with Eazybreak?
You pay with a mobile voucher by using the Eazybreak application, SMS or through your online account. Download our free application (iOS, Android) and allow the app use the location service. Please note that all operating system versions or mobile phone models are not supported.
Add Eazybreak telephone number 18171 to your contacts for SMS payments.

How long is my voucher is valid?
If you have done the payment and received your mobile voucher, it must be presented at the cashier during the same day. Your payment is also immediately added to merchant’s sales. You can see the validation date in the mobile voucher. Please create the payment only at the cash register or if you are sure to use it.

How to pay with the app?
Login with your credentials, choose the merchant location (favorites, nearest, agreements). Validate your payment details and confirm your payment with Pay button. A mobile voucher is created and showed in your app. Present your mobile voucher (i.e. payment receipt) at the cashier.

In iOS and Android apps you may search locations by name. You can also see locations near you on a map.

How to pay in the web user account?
Login to you Eazybreak account with your credentials.  Choose the merchant location from the list or use Search locations option. Select Order and Pay, validate the payment details and select with Pay. You will receive the mobile voucher by SMS. Present your mobile voucher (i.e. payment receipt) at the cashier. 

How to pay with SMS?
Enter the location code and the payment value (divided with a space) to your SMS. When paying with commuting benefit, enter only the location code (no value). Send your SMS to the telephone number 18171 and you will receive a mobile voucher by SMS. Present your mobile voucher (i.e. payment receipt) at the cashier. Text messages are free of charge for you.

We recommend using the application, since SMS payments are sensitive for mistakes (typing errors etc.). Eazybreak app is easy and free to use.

Trouble with paying & cancelling payments

I have done my Eazybreak payment but haven’t received a mobile voucher, what is wrong?

  • Please check if any instructions are sent to your application/mobile by SMS/account.
  • Please check that you have agreed the terms of use.
  • Please check that you have available benefits on your account.
  • Please check that you are using the latest application version.
  • Please check that your mobile number is correct/in correct format in your account.
  • Please try other payment channels (application, SMS) if the disturbance concerns only on payment channel.
  • Please check that your SMS memory is not full.
  • Please check that your employer has an agreement with the merchant (if using agreement benefits).

I forgot my mobile phone home, how to pay?
Please ask your colleague if you may use his/her phone. Login to the app with your own credentials and pay.

I paid with incorrect value. How can the value be corrected?
The value cannot be corrected. Please pay the difference with another payment type.

I paid to a wrong merchant, how can my payment be corrected?
Pleases contact our customer support immediately. We will check if your payment can be cancelled. The cancellation must be done during the same day. Be careful while paying.

Can my payment be cancelled?
The mobile voucher can be cancelled only during the same day (validation date). Please contact our customer support (weekdays at 8am-5pm). We will check if the cancellation can be done. Outside our office hours only the merchant can cancel your payment. Please pay only at the cash register or if you are sure to use the payment. Eazybreak cannot guarantee the cancellation of incorrect or unused payment.

My benefits and reports

What benefits can I use?
Your employer defines the benefits for your use. If you have already your Eazybreak credentials, you may check your benefits from your account after logging in. Please read your employers instructions and the user guides/videos in your Eazybreak account so it is easy to start using the benefits. For further information, contact your employer.

What do I pay for my benefits?
You employer sets the rules for the fringe benefits. Please contact your employer for further information concerning your benefits, benefit distribution, what is your share and how you pay it.

Where can I check my past benefit usage?
You can follow your Eazybreak benefit usage is on the Events-page of your Eazybreak application (iOS, Android) or on your Eazybreak account online.

Good to know about different benefit types

I use Eazybreak Lunch -benefit, what should I know?
You may use Eazybreak Lunch -benefit in all the restaurants registered in Eazybreak.
Please remember that whenever you create an Eazybreak payment, the mobile voucher has to be presented during the cashier at the same day.

I use Eazybreak Agreement Lunch -benefit, what should I know?
You may use Eazybreak Agreement Lunch -benefit in the restaurants, with whom your employer has a valid lunch agreement in Eazybreak Service. You may easily find your agreement locations in your account. Eazybreak uses automatically an agreement lunch voucher and the agreement price when you pay in an agreement restaurant. Please set the value according your lunch price in case you will have a cheaper lunch.

Your employer may use a benefit type, where the payment’s value (lunch price) is not presented in the voucher. The payment’s value is automatically set to the price agreed between your employer and the merchant. The cashier knows the agreement prices.

Please remember that whenever you create an Eazybreak payment, the mobile voucher has to be presented at the cashier during the same day.

I use both Eazybreak Lunch and Eazybreak Agreement Lunch -benefits, what should I know?
Eazybreak uses automatically an agreement lunch voucher and the agreement price when you pay in an agreement restaurant.
Eazybreak distributes automatically both voucher types to your account according the rules set by your employer monthly. The number of vouchers you may use in a month is however restricted (per working days or per voucher type with higher number).

Please remember that whenever you create an Eazybreak payment, the mobile voucher has to be presented at the cashier on the same day.

I use Eazybreak Sports -benefit, what should I know?
You may use Eazybreak Sports -benefit in all the sport locations registered in Eazybreak.

How do I pay a registration fee for a sports event?
Please check the instruction from the organizer of the event. You may also find some instruction in your Eazybreak account (additional information of the location).
General instructions:

  1. Create your Eazybreak payment and you will get your mobile voucher.
  2. Inform your contact information and your payment details (value, code, date) to the organizer of the event.

I use Eazybreak Sports and Culture -benefit, what should I know?
You may use Eazybreak Sports and Culture -benefit in all the sport and culture locations registered in Eazybreak.
Eazybreak Culture -benefit is accepted for example in all R-kioskis and Stockmann stores from where you can redeem your tickets.
Please remember that whenever you create an Eazybreak payment, the mobile voucher has to be presented at the cashier at the same day.

I use Eazybreak Commuting -benefit, what should I know?
You may use Eazybreak Commuting -benefit in all the locations accepting Eazybreak Commuting -benefit.

What is Eazybreak?
Eazybreak is a payment type for fringe benefits (lunch, sport, culture, commuting). Eazybreak is a mobile voucher presented at the cash register when paying for a product or a service.

Why should my company use Eazybreak?

Eazybreak is a digital service where all the main processes have been automated. Payment is done by using a mobile phone. The fringe benefits are easily managed by using an Eazybreak account (benefit delivery, reporting, invoicing, salary deductions).  There are no costs for logistics of paper vouchers /plastic cards. Eazybreak provides clear reporting of distributed vouchers and employee’s payments.

Lunch agreements are managed easily and cost-effectively in the digital Eazybreak Service. Eazybreak invoices (on behalf of the restaurant) the used agreement lunches twice a month from your company and the settlement is done to the merchants whenever your invoice has been paid (according the the payment term of your agreement).

How can my company start to use Eazybreak?
Starting is easy. First register your account in to Eazybreak Service. Define the benefits to use and the beneficiaries (employees). You need to have balance in your Eazybreak account before the employees can use benefits, so prepayment is needed. The first invoice you will receive immediately after your registration, according the benefit settings you have defined.  Afterwards Eazybreak automatically sends your company a new invoice whenever needed.

What is the cost to my company?
Eazybreak pricing is based on monthly fees per benefit type. Please check out our price list here. If you have more than 100 employees working in your company, please contact our sales (myynti@eazybreak.com) to get an offer for you.

You can test our service for 2 months without any service fees charged. During this period, you will only have to pay for the tested benefits (for example the value of 5 lunch payments).

Can our HR or payroll systems be integrated to Eazybreak Service?
Easily. It will be even more easy and cost efficient to import your HR data automatically to Eazybreak or export a salary file of payments (employee shares) to your payroll system. Please contact our sales (myynti@eazybreak.com) for further information.

What is Eazybreak?

Why should I accept Eazybreak payments?
Eazybreak brings you visibility among our business customers. You can easily get new customers through Eazybreak. Mobile voucher is easy and fast payment type to use at the cash register, especially during the rush-hours. You save time and money due to our automated processes. Eazybreak also invoices the agreement vouchers on your behalf. Our provisions are among the lowest in the market.

What are the costs for me?
Eazybreak charges only the provision, which is among the lowest in the market.  You do not invest for additional devices to accept Eazybreak payments. Eazybreak does not include any hidden expenses (e.g. extra costs for card payments, account management fees, mailing fees for paper vouchers etc.). Please check out our merchant pricing.

Accepting Eazybreak payments at the cashier is easy and fast. The settlements of the mobile vouchers accepted previous week is done each Monday. If you accept agreement vouchers, Eazybreak first invoices the vouchers on your behalf and the settlement is done after your customer has paid the invoice.  Our invoicing and settlements are fully automated. And you will get all this by paying only the commission.

How do I register to Eazybreak Service to accept payments?
You register your merchant company (name, business ID, bank account) and all the location where you accept the payments. The service type (food, sports, culture, commuting) of the location informs, what benefits you accept. If you offer multiple service types, please register a location for each service type.
Eazybreak confirms your registration and mails you the Eazybreak stickers and other sales material. Please read the instructions carefully and make sure your staff knows how to verify and accept Eazybreak mobile vouchers to avoid any disturbances at the cash register.

I have agreement lunch customers. How do I invoice Eazybreak-payments?
You will receive a digital lunch agreement suggestion through Eazybreak Service from your customer. Please accept the agreement by entering the agreement lunch price. After the employees can pay with Eazybreak agreement lunch benefit in your restaurant. Eazybreak invoices employees’ payments on your behalf and the settlement is done after your customer has paid the invoice.

After the registration, you will also accept Eazybreak Lunch -benefit. No separate agreement is needed for Eazybreak Lunch -benefit users and you get the settlement of weekly payments next Monday.

How do I get the settlements?
Eazybreak settlements are done each Monday. The Agreement Lunch -payments you have accepted will be first invoiced by Eazybreak (on your behalf) and the settlement is done after your customer has paid the invoice.

How do I verify the validity of the mobile voucher?
Your customer presents the mobile voucher at the cash register. Please check out its voucher details (code, value) and finish the sale as agreed in your location. Detailed information is available on your Eazybreak Account (Merchant guides > Instructions for cashier). Please read the instructions carefully and print the instructions to the cashier. Make sure that your staff is familiar with the instructions.

Are there any other merchants nearby accepting Eazybreak payments?
You may search our merchant network from our location search in our website.

How do I know which companies use Eazybreak?
Eazybreak is used in multiple large companies in private and public sector (e.g. banking, insurance, information technology) for example Tieto, HUS, Digia and VR Group.  The number of end-users is increasing rapidly.

Is it possible to integrate my cash register system to Eazybreak?
Please check from your cash register provider if there is already an integration to Eazybreak Service.
Installation is easy and with the integration, mobile voucher validity is even easier to check. Eazybreak is co-operating with multiple providers (e.g. Micros, SKJ, CPU, Encore, Pusatec, Kassamagneetti).

How can I check my Eazybreak sales and settlements?
